Starting January 1st, 2009 and going to December 31st, 2009, SFYHA families can fundraise to cover costs related to youth hockey. The Fundraiser Options can be utilized to earn credit for:
· Registration Fees
· Tournament Fees
· Fundraiser Fees
· Equipment Rental Fees
All other costs incurred for participating in youth hockey will be at the expense of the player and his/her family.
SFYHA will continue to provide scrip sales year round as a fundraiser option. In addition to the current slate of fundraiser options, the SFYHA board may approve additional promotions in which players can earn credit through fundraiser options.
Cut off dates for fundraiser fee credit to be used for the different options will be:
· August 1st for Registration Fees
· November 15th for Tourney Fees
· December 31st for Fundraiser Fees
On these dates you will need to declare how much of your fundraising credit will go towards the applicable fees.
The SFYHA office will compile data on the dates listed above for credit earned. Fundraiser Options are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Any fundraiser fee credit earned and not utilized for Registration, Tourney, Fundraiser, or Equipment Rental fees for a player not returning for the next season will be added to building fund.
